Project Name: Design, Control, and Implementation of Active Current Source Gate Drivers for Wide
Bandgap Device-Based Power Electronic Converters in Fusion Reactor Applications
Duration of Project: Tenure of Appointment will be for 03 years. Candidates will have opportunity to register Ph.D Program as per IIT Roorkee norms.

IIT Roorkee JRF Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Upper age limit is not mentioned in notification. Preferably young candidates can apply.
Educational Qualification: Completion of B.E or M.E in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from recognized institute is required.
Competitive Exam Qualification: Candidates should have qualified in any one of national level test such GATE, CEED, CSIR-NET, JEST, UGC-NET. GATE/NET is exempted for candidates having > 8.0 CGPA in qualifying degree.
Salary
1) First Two years Rs.37000 per month + HRA as per BRNS Norms will be paid.
2) During Third year Rs.42000 per month + HRA as per BRNS Norms will be paid.
Selection Process
IIT Roorkee will conduct an online interview for selecting suitable candidates. Date & Time of Interview will be intimated through e-mail id given.
